Nii piletim\u00fc\u00fck kui Cargobusi pakiveo- ja kulleriteenus kolivad ajutistesse soojakutesse.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Estiko Grupi kinnisvara arendusjuht Sven Saar selgitas, et \u00fcmberehitust\u00f6\u00f6d puudutavad nii bussijaama sise- kui v\u00e4lisosa. \u201cPraegused piletim\u00fc\u00fcgiboksid lammutatakse, mis t\u00e4hendab, et ootesaali tekib reisijatele ruumi juurde,\u201d selgitas Saar.<\/p>\n\n<p>Lisaks ehitatakse olemasolev Cargobusi teeninduslett suuremaks ning see liigub ootesaalile l\u00e4hemale. \u201cNii v\u00f5iks olla teenindamine k\u00f5igile mugavam, sest praegu on Cargobusi ruumid v\u00e4ga v\u00e4ikesed. Siis aga saab anda pakke ning m\u00fc\u00fca pileteid \u00fchest ja samast kohast,\u201d selgitas Saar.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Kuna ehitust\u00f6\u00f6de ajal on ootesaal suletud, hakkab nii piletim\u00fc\u00fck kui pakkide vastuv\u00f5tt ja v\u00e4ljastamine toimuma ajutistest soojakutest, mis j\u00e4\u00e4vad avaturupoolsesse otsa. Samas j\u00e4\u00e4b R-kioskile ja Caffeine kohvikule ligip\u00e4\u00e4s ka remondi ajal alles. K\u00f5ik piirdeaiad paigutatakse nii, et k\u00f5nniteedel oleks v\u00f5imalik liikuda,\u201d selgitas Saar.<\/p>\n\n<p>Rovin O\u00dc koostatud ehitusprojekt n\u00e4gi ette ka Soola t\u00e4navaga k\u00fclgneva fassaadi \u00fcmberehitust, kuid Saare s\u00f5nul l\u00fckkub see praegu edasi. \u201cOtsustasime v\u00e4lit\u00f6\u00f6de ehitusmahtu v\u00e4hendada ja keskenduda esmajoones bussijaama k\u00fclastaja heaolule,\u201d lausus Saar.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bussijaama operaatori T grupp O\u00dc tegevjuhi Airika Aruksaare s\u00f5nul v\u00e4\u00e4rib 2024. aastal Euroopa kultuuripealinna tiitlit kandma hakkav Tartu k\u00fclaliste vastuv\u00f5tuks kultuurset ja ilusat linnav\u00e4ravat.<\/p>\n\n<p>\u201cOleme T grupp O\u00dc opereeritud bussijaamades juba viimased paar aastat toonud reisijatele k\u00e4tte kultuuris\u00fcndmusi: kuvame koost\u00f6\u00f6s Eesti Kunstimuuseumiga erinevaid pop-up-n\u00e4ituseid, avasime koost\u00f6\u00f6s Eesti Rahvusraamatukoguga ja Hoiuraamatukoguga raamatukogude aasta raames reisiraamatukogud Tallinna, Rakvere, J\u00f5hvi ja peagi ka Tartu ning Haapsalu bussijaamades, pakume erinevaid elamusi koost\u00f6\u00f6s P\u00d6FFi, Fotografiska ja Jazzkaarega.
