Claims regarding shipment delay, loss, or damage are requested within 7 days. The carrier’s liability insurance protects all Cargobus shipments, and cases of damage can be compensated according to the CMR Convention and the Law of Obligations Act of the Republic of Estonia (see also sections 14, 15, 18, 19, and 20 of the Service Rules).
