The change aims to adapt to customers\u2019 evolving habits \u2013 an increasing number of parcels are being registered and tracked online, significantly reducing the need for physical terminals.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In recent years, T grupp has substantially developed Cargobus\u2019 digital solutions to make the processing and management of shipments as simple and fast as possible. A large part of customer service is already carried out through the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cargobus.ee\/en\/self-service\/\">SELF-SERVICE<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The closure of the terminals will not affect the availability of Cargobus parcel delivery services. The service will continue in all the mentioned cities, focusing on efficient door-to-door courier services and flexible pickup options.
