Starting from 1 January 2026, T grupp OÜ will close its Cargobus terminals in Haapsalu, Narva, Rakvere and Võru. The change aims to adapt to customers’ evolving habits – an increasing number of parcels are being registered and tracked online, significantly reducing the need for physical terminals.
In recent years, T grupp has substantially developed Cargobus’ digital solutions to make the processing and management of shipments as simple and fast as possible. A large part of customer service is already carried out through the SELF-SERVICE.
The closure of the terminals will not affect the availability of Cargobus parcel delivery services. The service will continue in all the mentioned cities, focusing on efficient door-to-door courier services and flexible pickup options. Customers will also retain the possibility to meet their parcels directly at the bus.
